This beautiful Ibiza style villa is located in the Vista Royal villa district within walking distance of Jan Thiel beach was designed by international designer Pieter Laureys. The villa is built with high quality materials, very well finished and furnished with quality furniture.
The living area is located on the second floor. The spacious living room is luxuriously furnished with a fine relaxation sofa with TV. The open kitchen with cooking island and breakfast bar is equipped with all luxury amenities, including a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine and American fridge. Sliding doors connect the inside with the outside and lead to a spacious covered veranda with swimming pool, where you can relax on one of the three sun beds. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a large dining table.
On the second floor you will also find 2 spacious bedrooms, all with double bed and air conditioning. The first bedroom has a private bathroom with double bathroom cabinet, a shower and a toilet. The second bedroom has a freestanding bathtub, a separate bathroom with double bathroom cabinet, a shower and a toilet and has a walk in closet. Both bedrooms are at the head of the pool and overlook the terrace.
A staircase down leads to the remaining 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a private bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Again, all bedrooms have double beds and air conditioning. There is also a laundry room on the first floor.
On the grounds there is ample parking and WIFI is available to you free of charge.
