The villa has a spacious and comfortably furnished living room with air conditioning and is equipped with a TV and DVD player.
The spacious open-plan kitchen is very fully equipped and features an oven/microwave, dishwasher, Quooker, Nespresso, Senseo, blender, Sonos sound system etc.

Outside on the veranda by the large dining table is an American fridge with icecube dispenser.
You can also sit comfortably by the pool.

This luxury villa has four cosy double bedrooms with air conditioning (and mosquito net) and three bathrooms. Optionally, a 5th bedroom (full apartment with kitchen and private bathroom) is available.

• Intermediate cleaning including sheets & towels € 100,- (mandatory for stays longer than 7 nights)+ € 50,- surcharge for the apartment (mandatory)
• Final cleaning € 200,- + € 50,- surcharge for the apartment (mandatory)

• Reservations have to be approved by the owner
• Check-in from 16:00 – Check-out on departure day until 12:00
• Duration of stay min. 7 nights (Christmas holiday min. 14 nights peakseason rate)
• Max. 10 persons plus and 1 child under 2 years old
• Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival
  All payments to our Dutch or Antillean bank account
  Creditcard payments are also possible with a 2% surcharge
