This fresh and modern apartment is the middle apartment of 3 in this small apartment complex located in Vista Royal Jan Thiel. The beach of Jan Thiel with its nice beach bars, restaurants and supermarket is about 15 minutes walk from the apartment.
The living room has a lovely lounge sofa with TV where you can stay well. The kitchen overlooking the balcony is fully equipped including a refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, magentron and Nespresso coffee machine. From the living room you walk directly onto the balcony with a large dining table for evening meals. Because the balcony is around the whole house you always have a nice sheltered place where you can relax. The various cozy seats and hammock give you every opportunity to do so.
There are 3 bedrooms in total, two of which have a double bed. The third bedroom is more spacious and has 2 double beds, ideal for families with children. All bedrooms have air conditioning. There are 2 spacious bathrooms, one of which is adjacent to the master bedroom with 2 double beds.
Through the stairs next to the building you can reach the swimming pool which you share with 2 other apartments. Around the pool you will find lovely sunbeds and a lounge area with cover. There is also an outdoor shower, so you can rinse off after swimming.
In the apartment you can use a parking space on the premises.
