This luxurious villa with private pool is situated in the area of Vista Royal (Jan Thiel), just a few minutes away from the beachclubs of Jan Thiel.
The villa provides a lot of privacy. By using high class materials for the interior of the villa, this beautifull accommodation provides an intimate and quiet feeling where you instantly feel at home. On the second floor a large and luxurious kitchen with kitchen isle and a breakfast bar is situated. Also the kitchen is provided with a large refrigirator, oven, microwave, dish washer and built-in coffeemachine. The livingroom has two big chaise longues and a television.
Outside near the pool is a big palapa with lounge sofa which provides a cosy spot in the shade.
On the other side of the palapa there are several sun beds, a large dining table and another lounge sofa. There is more than enough room for relaxation and enjoying your holidays.
On the same floor as the kitchen there are three large airconditioned double bedrooms with each a luxurious en-suite bathroom.
Below the villa there are two extra apartments available at a surcharge. When you do not rent them, they stay closed and will not be rented out to third parties.
One apartment is a fully equipped apartment with full kitchen and bedroom with bathroom. The other one is a studio with bedroom and bathroom.
