This beautiful villa with private pool is located in the luxury villa district Vista Royal, Jan Thiel.
The villa is modernly furnished and has a lovely swimming pool with outdoor shower. Around the pool, you can enjoy the sun on one of the sunbeds, or have a refreshing drink on the lounge sofa under the large palapa. For sports enthusiast, there is an outdoor gym. Dining outside at the robust dining table is made easy by the presence of the outdoor pantry with wine fridge and a large BBQ. There is also a large TV outside.
Inside, the stylish spacious kitchen with breakfast bar is also fully equipped, including a large American fridge with ice-cube dispenser, oven, combination microwave oven, Quooker tap with fizzy water function, dishwasher, climate control cabinet, blender, toaster, air fryer, a large sandwich maker (for 4 pieces) and a Nespresso coffee machine. In the living room, you can relax in the lounge area with TV (all channels via IP TV).
The villa has a total of 4 spacious bedrooms with luxury box-spring beds, each with its own bathroom with toilet. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

There is also parking space on site. This villa is on one level and therefore also suitable for the disabled. An AED is available in the villa
