This elegant luxury villa is centrally located in the Vista Royal villa district and is within walking distance of Jan Thiel Beach.
The villa is very suitable for families and friends and offers plenty of space both inside and outside in the sun, but also with plenty of shaded areas.
The second floor is the living floor, here is the living room with comfortable lounge sofa and TV. Uniquely, there are both ceiling fans inside plus air conditioning that can be turned on if desired. The kitchen is very spacious and equipped with various luxury appliances, including 2 American refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and 2 oven/microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a large cooking island with breakfast bar with seating for 5 people.
Through sliding doors you enter the covered terrace, where there is a large dining table with BBQ for fine evenings dining, and spacious cozy lounge sofas to relax. The infinity pool invites you to take a refreshing dip, and has 2 built-in sunbeds and a shallow area for when you travel with small children. There are several sunbeds around the pool and an additional outdoor table with palapa by the pool.
The villa has no less than 8 bedrooms, each bedroom has its own bathroom and features a double bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan.
On the second floor are the master bedroom, which opens directly onto the pool deck, and 2 other bedrooms. On the first floor are the other 5 bedrooms.
There is on-site parking and WIFI is free.
