Brand new completed apartment in Jan Thiel located a few car minutes from Jan Thiel beach. It is located on a small complex and here you can use a shared pool with several sunbeds to enjoy the sun.

The apartment is located on the first floor. Through the entrance you enter the modern and stylishly decorated living room and luxury kitchen. The living room has a nice sitting area with a sofa and armchair, a TV and air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a built-in fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and a convenient breakfast bar with 2 stools. There is also a fine dining area created.
The large sliding doors connect the living room with the terrace, creating a lovely spacious living space. On the terrace is a round dining table, where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner overlooking the communal pool. There is a small lounge sofa and chair on the other side to enjoy a drink. Through the gate on the terrace you can walk straight to the pool for a refreshing dip.
There are 2 modern and attractively furnished double bedrooms in the apartment. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, the other bedroom has a private bathroom with separate access. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.

There is parking in the fenced area.

• Check-in from 16:00 – Check-out on departure day until 12:00
• Duration of stay min. 7 nights (Christmas holiday min. 14 nights peakseason rate)
• Max. 4 persons and 1 child under 2 years old
• Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, remaining 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival

  Creditcard payments are also possible with a 2% surcharge
