Welcome to this brand new completed apartment in the heart of Willemstad with stunning views of the Handelskade and Pontjesbrug.
Besides the great location on the second floor, this city apartment offers all the luxury and comfort during your stay. There is in the spacious living room a nice relaxation corner with lounge sofa and TV. The open kitchen is equipped with all appliances including an American fridge with ice cube dispenser, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine plus a kitchen island with breakfast bar.

Through the sliding doors that are almost the entire width of the living room, you will enter the terrace where there is a large dining table for delicious dinners. From the relaxing armchairs you have a beautiful view of the water, the harbor and the Pontjesbrug. Especially in the evening with all the lights this offers a unique view!

There are 2 double bedrooms in the apartment, both equipped with comfortable hotel box spring beds (2.10mtr), air conditioning and a private en-suite bathroom with shower (one has a private toilet).
The apartment complex offers several communal facilities, including a swimming pool with sun beds and a cozy lounge area with seating and views all around. There is also a well-equipped gym that can be used and a concierge.

Each apartment also has its own parking space in the underground garage.
