This recently renovated villa is located in the luxury villa district of Vista Royal (Jan Thiel) just a few minutes by car from Jan Thiel beach and beach clubs and restaurants.
Via stairs you reach the living area on the second floor. The space is completely open plan with a large kitchen with cooking island equipped with all the luxuries such as refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee maker. there is a spacious dining table and a comfortable sitting area and lounge sofa and TV.
Through sliding doors you come out onto the terrace and pool, where you can relax and enjoy a refreshing dip. There is also a spacious dining table here for evening sunset dining.
The spacious villa has five air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, giving guests optimal privacy. Two of the bedrooms are on the second floor. The stairs lead to the large hall behind the entrance, where there is a common room with a pool table. Here are the three remaining double bedrooms, also with air conditioning and each with a private bathroom.
On-site parking is available, plus the villa has free WIFI.
NOTE: This villa does not have fences/railings around the pool, stairs and at the railings. As a result, the villa may be less suitable for small children.
