Villa Marysa Cas Grandi
This beautiful villa is located in Cas Grandi and surrounded by a fine tropical garden with swimming pool, where you can completely relax.
There is a spacious cozy living room where you can relax in the lounge area with TV (incl wide range of (inter)national channels). The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped, including an American fridge with ice dispenser, dishwasher, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a large kitchen island with bar area.
Sliding doors lead from the kitchen to the very large covered terrace outside. Here on one side is a dining area created with a fine dining table and a large Weber gas BBQ. On the other side you can relax in the lounge area with sofa and lounge chairs.
Outside you can chill in the hammock under the banana tree. In the pool you can take a refreshing dip or enjoy the Jacuzzi area in the pool. Around the pool are several sunbeds and lounge chairs, and also here is an outdoor shower and separate toilet.
The villa has 4 beautiful bedrooms all with double beds and air conditioning. There are 2 bathrooms in the villa, each with shower and toilet.
There is also a separate studio optional to rent. The studio is located next to the pool and has its own kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet and a nice terrace. Inside, both air conditioning and ceiling fan are available. If the studio is not rented, it remains closed and will not be rented to third parties.
On the grounds there is ample parking and WIFI is available to you free of charge.
