This spacious apartment is located on the first floor in the middle of a beautiful flower garden and has been completely renovated in 2022. It has a spacious terrace with beautiful views of the garden and pool. There is a nice lounge area created with nice lights, sofas and 2 lounge chairs. Breakfast or dinner can be enjoyed at the spacious dining table while 2 ceiling fans provide cooling.

The living room is cozy with wicker details, a large lounge sofa with TV with access to all European channels (including ESPN and Ziggo Sport). There is a round dining table and the living room is also equipped with two ceiling fans. The completely renovated kitchen has a luxurious minimalist look, but meanwhile is fully equipped with an American fridge, oven, Nespresso, dishwasher and washing machine, among other things.

There are a total of three air-conditioned double bedrooms and two beautifully modern and luxuriously finished bathrooms.
From your terrace you can walk to the pool very easily.
