This beautiful oceanfront villa is situated in the well known and exclusive resort of Boca Gentil. Because the villa has several terraces, you can enjoy a lot of privacy even when you stay with 8 persons. The villa has a very lovely swimmingpool and multiple places to enjoy a quiet time in the wind to enjoy the seaview. Outside on the porch there is a big diningtable and a cosy lounge area.

Downstairs near the sea there is another diningtable and barbeque spot. There also is an outdoor shower and several sunbeds where you can enjoy the sun. There is a Sonos Soundsystem device available to use and to make your holiday experience complete.

Inside there is a big livingroom with smart TV and when you open the sliding doors to the big terrace, you can relax on the big lounge area while enjoying your favorite program on tv outdoors. The open kitchen is fully equiped with all kinds of equipment such as an Americaas fridge, oven, kettle, dish washer, Senseo coffeemachine, Nespresso- and filtercoffee machine etc. You can find the washingmachine next doors to the kitchen in the pantry.

The villa has four  double-bedded rooms with very comfortable Swiss-Sense beds and three bathrooms. The master bedroom also has a Smart TV.  Optionally, a 5th bedroom with its own bathroom is also available (surcharge)

• Final cleaning € 175,- (2024)/ € 200,- (2025) + € 50,- surcharge for the apartment (mandatory)

• Reservations have to be approved by the owner
• Check-in from 16:00 – Check-out on departure day until 12:00
• Duration of stay min. 7 nights (Christmas holiday min. 14 nights peakseason rate)
• Max. 10 persons plus and 1 child under 2 years old
• Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival
  All payments to our Dutch or Antillean bank account
  Creditcard payments are also possible with a 2% surcharge
