Villa Pegasus is a brand new beautiful villa by designer Piet Boon and is located in Belnem right by the sea.
The living spaces in this villa are spacious and opening the sliding doors seamlessly connects the inside with the outside. Inside there is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space, a kitchen island with breakfast bar and various luxury appliances. There is also a large dining table inside. The adjacent living room has a lovely lounge sofa and recliners plus a large TV.
Outside on the terrace is a second large dining table plus two lounge cushions. There is a lovely pool for a cooling dip and comfortable loungers to enjoy the sun. Under the umbrellas you can find some shade. A stone staircase leads directly into the sea from the villa.
The villa has 5 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a fan. Two bedrooms are on the first floor, the other three are on the second floor and all have beautiful views over the tropical garden and the sea.
