Penthouse Raposa Royal is located in a small apartment complex in the luxury villa district Vist Royal, a short 15 minute walk from the beach of Jan Thiel. The penthouse is located on the top floor, so you have a beautiful view over Jan Thiel. In the same building there are 2 other apartments where you share the pool with.
The living room has a beautiful high ceiling and large windows making it a very light apartment. In the living room you will find a comfortable sitting area with TV and a dining table. The spacious semi-open kitchen is fully equipped including a refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. From the living room you walk through the large doors onto the balcony; there is a large dining table, cozy lounge area and a floating sun bed. Here you can enjoy the beautiful view. Since the balcony surrounds the entire apartment there is always a nice spot, in the shade or sun, to relax.
The 3 bedrooms in the apartment are warm and cozy with a double bed, air conditioning and plenty of closet space. The three bedrooms share 2 bathrooms.
Through the stairs next to the building you can reach the shared pool. Around the pool you will find lovely sunbeds, a lounge area and a cabana. There is also an outdoor shower so you can rinse off after swimming.
At the apartment you can use a parking space on private property.
