This Eric Kuster-style villa with Eric Kuster furnished furniture is located in the luxury residential area of Vista Royal Jan Thiel.
The villa has a private pool and if you prefer to dive into the sea you can reach it in a few minutes. Also the cozy beach bars and restaurants of Jan Thiel and of course the wonderful beach and sea are within walking distance.
The modern and luxurious living room is very tastefully decorated. The villa has an open kitchen with island with luxury appliances such as a spacious SMEG freezer, oven, microwave and microwave, but also a filter coffee machine, Nespresso, dishwasher and spacious refrigerator are not lacking.
The villa has a very spacious master suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom in the left private wing. In addition, there are two more bedrooms in the right wing. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and share the second bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV (no Dutch channels).
Outside on the veranda there is plenty of space, a generous dining table for 10, sun beds and a lounge area to enjoy the Caribbean atmosphere.
Below the villa is an apartment with a private entrance around the corner which is inhabited. This does not affect your privacy.
