Villa Jumanji Jan Thiel

Villa Jumanji is located on the Kaya Pasifiko at one of the highest points of the Vista Royal (Jan Thiel) villa district. Due to the unique location of this villa you have a beautiful view of the sea, the salt pans and the Spanish Water. Within a few minutes by car (about 800m) are the beach clubs of Papagayo, Zest and Zanzibar, restaurants (Jan Thiel Beach), stores, casino, diving school, gym and supermarket located.

The cozy living room is located on the second floor and is furnished with a sitting area and television. The living room is adjacent to the terrace at the front of the house, here you can sit on the comfortable lounge sofa and lounge chairs and relax while enjoying a drink. Because of the cooling breeze on this side of the house, you will enjoy sitting here!
The spacious fully equipped kitchen has all modern appliances, such as an American fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and a kitchen island with several bar stools. The villa also has a washer and dryer at your disposal.

Also located on the same floor are the spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet with private bathroom (1st bedroom) and two double bedrooms that share a bathroom (2nd and 3rd bedrooms).
On the veranda are a large dining table, a brick bench with cushions and several sunbeds by the pool. On the extended terrace is a spacious outdoor kitchen with a robust dining table and lounge seating area. From here you have beautiful sea views. Through a staircase next to the pool, the garden can be reached.

On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms. Below the villa itself are 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom (4th and 5th bedroom) and 1 bedroom with private bathroom and living room, plus its own large covered terrace (6th bedroom). Also here is a separate toilet. And under the extended terrace area is the last bedroom which can be seen as a second master bedroom (7th bedroom). It is a double bedroom with lots of light through the glass wall on 2 sides, plus this bedroom has its own spacious ensuite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

The 5th, 6th and 7th bedrooms can be booked at an additional cost. If you do not rent these, they will remain closed.

There is parking space for your car. This villa has a lockable gate with alarm.
