Welcome to this beautifully luxurious and exclusive villa located a short walk from the popular Jan Thiel beach!
Light colors and beautiful materials have been used, giving the ultimate luxury feeling. The living room is spacious with high ceilings, and is warm and cozy, there is also a flat screen TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a large kitchen island with a breakfast bar created with 4 bar stools.
Through the kitchen you step directly onto the huge pool deck. The layout of the pool deck is very modern, there are two 2-person lounge beds in the water and several sun beds around the pool. There is also a sunken fixed lounge bench right by the pool, and you can enjoy dinner in the evening at the large dining table. Further along is another separate outdoor kitchen with a Green Egg BBQ. A staircase at the side of the terrace and pool leads you to a balcony terrace with a large palapa with sitting area, where you have beautiful views over the sea.
The villa has 5 double bedrooms; three of which have their own full bathroom en-suite, the two remaining bedrooms share a bathroom. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished with care and air-conditioned.
In the grounds there is ample parking for 2 cars and WIFI is available to you free of charge.
