This spacious villa is located in the luxury villa district Vista Royal and offers privacy due to its location. Through the entrance you enter the upper floor of the villa, here are the living room and kitchen. The living room has a large corner sofa with smart TV and there is an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an American fridge-freezer with ice cube dispenser, induction hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, blender, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Through sliding doors the inside is connected to the outside and you step directly onto the large terrace.

This terrace offers a large dining table plus a BBQ for evening dining, plus there is a nice lounge area created and there are several sun beds. The pool is located a few steps down, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip or enjoy the sun on one of the sun beds. Outside there are several seating areas and lounge areas created, and the gazebo is a nice place to sit in the shade.

The villa has a total of 6 double bedrooms, all equipped with comfortable box spring beds of 210 cm and have air conditioning. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom.

One floor down there is another apartment available at an additional cost. If the apartment is not rented along, it will remain locked and will not be rented to third parties. The apartment has its own living room with Smart TV, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The terrace outside has a dining table and some sun beds. The kitchen of the apartment is also excellently equipped with, among other things, a fridge-freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, blender, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.

At both the main house and the apartment there is a separate room where a washing machine is at your disposal. In the villa upstairs, this room also has an extra refrigerator. On private property there is parking for several cars. The garden is fully fenced and has a remote controlled lockable gate. The alarm system is connected to the alarm center of Securitas.
