This luxurious villa is modern and furnised very tastefully. The villa is situated in Vista Royal (Jan Thiel) and is nearby the beachclubs of Jan Thiel. This villa has a breathtaking and spectaculair seaview!
The cosy living with TV (TDS package with over 80 radio en TV channels, a.o. CNN, ESPN, MTV, Disney and NPO1-2-3), open kitchen and bedrooms are situated on the topfloor. The kitchen is well equiped with an American refrigirator (with ice cubes dispenser), a Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. The groundfloor has a nice television room and pantry with fridge which both are free to use.
The villa has 4 double bedrooms with each their own bathroom and plenty of storage for your belongings on the upper floor. The 5th double bedroom with its own bathroom is located on the ground floor. The optional 6th double bedroom, with private bathroom, can also be found on the ground floor.
The sea sided balcony can be entered through the livingroom. Here you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset with a damping cup of coffee or a nice glass of wine. Also you can enter the big terrace with private pool from the livingroom. The pool has a number of sun beds and underneath the palappa you can enjoy the shades.
