This luxurious villa is located in the luxury villa district Vista Royal and is very central to the beach clubs of Jan Thiel. The villa also has an amazing sea view.
On the upper floor is the sleek kitchen with all amenities. Like a large American fridge (with ice-cube dispenser), wine fridge, dishwasher, oven/microwave, Nespresso machine, extra coffee machine, blender, toaster, hand blender and contact grill. The spacious and luxurious living room features a spacious lounge set and a 65″ TV and Sonos speaker. Through the kitchen, there is access to the pool deck with lovely pool (magnesium infinity pool) . The pool features a pool bar with 4 bar stools with great views of the Caribbean Sea. There is also a covered area to cool down and relax in the hanging chair. Here you will also find a spacious outdoor kitchen including fixed BBQ with dining table. In addition, there are 2 Big Green Eggs.
The master bedroom has beautiful views over the pool and sea and is also located upstairs. The en-suite bathroom has a luxurious rain shower and double sink. On the ground floor are the other 5 double bedrooms (all bedrooms have luxury king-size box-spring beds and air conditioning) and also four bathrooms. Also located here are an entertainment room with lounge area and a gym. The gym is equipped with professional Technogym equipment and air conditioning.
Behind the villa is a complete outdoor living area created in the luxurious garden; a large palapa with a lovely lounge set for retreating and enjoying the holiday feeling to the max. In the garden, you can further enjoy the tropical sounds and the local parrots and hummingbirds. Children can play on the artificial grass mat in the garden. The garage is suitable for 2 cars and also houses the washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
