We would like to rent out your holiday house or apartment. We can take care of the whole rental procedure.
How does it work?
- If you are interested in renting out your holiday house, we would like to make an appointment for a free consultation. We obviously would like to visit your villa.
- If you decide to rent out your home and your home meets our standards, we will put your house on our website. Optionally we can also offer your home to various cooperating partners (tour operators and travel agents etc).
- The only thing we ask of you is to keep your occupancy calendar always up-to-date, so we know when your rental house is available.
- Curacao Exclusief handles all marketing for your home. When a reservation is made, you will receive a confirmation.
- Curacao Exclusief takes care of the entire booking process, the financial settlement and communication with your property manager and the client.
- If you do not a property manager yet, we can recommend you very reliable people
- 4 weeks prior to arrival of the guests you will receive the settlement and your rent.
